Pair of 1 standard fin male and 1 lyretail female. Note that male lyretails cannot breed regularly, unless you use artificial insemination, hence why a standard fin male is included. Crossing a standard fin with a lyretail fin yields 50% lyretail, 50% standard fin offspring.
