This is a very small, peaceful gourami related to croaking and sparkling gouramis. They get a bit bigger than sparkling gouramis, and with front-lighting they have a lot of nice sparkly colors. A great fish for a planted nano-tank, as long as there isn't a strong current.

I spawned these in a blackwater tank but the fish for sale are growing up in regular slightly-alkaline tap water. Your fish will be around 1" long and will grow a bit more.
