Spring tails float on water and are great for surface feeding fish.
The cylindrical container measurements used to hold the aquarium water, wet charcoal and spring tails are:

The attached video says you can feed the spring tails uncooked rice but I just feed mines a powdered food that consists of dried aquarium plants (stem plants and duck weed) and fish food pellets/flakes.
