Called "Lipstick Tetra" due to the bright and distinct red around the lips.  Similar in looks to the classic "red-eye tetra," this one sports blue eyes in addition to the red "lipstick."  This is one of the new tetras, and I acquired it only through an inside source.  The adults are not shy and aggressive eaters.  The species has not proven to be prolific, and unless I hear requests for more, I don't expect to work on producing more for distribution.
