1 x White Worm STARTER Culture with mites.

I've attempted to get the mites out of my white worm cultures but to no avail.  I just feed the mites to my fish as well.

White Worm Culture - Enchytraeus albidus

Live food for freshwater and brackish fish. Approx 70% protein, 10-15% fat (dry weight). Cultures in soil/coco coir at 55-72°F.

Size comparison:

  • Grindal worms: ∼0.4" long x ∼0.02" thick
  • White worms: ∼0.75" to 1.4" long x ∼0.04" thick
  • Black worms: ∼1.5" to 4" long x ∼0.06" thick


I feed my white worm cultures grinded up cat and dog food.
