20 rooted pieces of dwarf sag around 2-3inches

Kept in an indoor 20 gallon long that may come with:
Pond Snail + (eggs)
Ramshorn Snail + (eggs)

Pros:

• Rooted foreground to midground plant, tends to form a grass-like carpet over time
• Usually spreads by runners once established
• Often does okay in low to moderate light without CO2 in many setups
• Tolerates a fairly wide range of parameters for a carpeting-type plant
• Can help take up nutrients from substrate
• Shorter height can work for foreground without frequent trimming for some tanks

Cons:

• Initial melt after planting or shipping is fairly common
• Can grow taller than expected - sometimes 4-6"+ depending on light/nutrients, not always stays short
• Runners can spread into unwanted areas
• Growth can be slow to start, then pick up later
• Can collect algae on leaves if light is high and nutrients are low
• May need decent substrate to really fill in
