The AAAA 01/2026 meeting auction

Monthly meeting with a speaker.

Board of Directors meeting at Noon. Everyone is welcome to observe. 

Meeting starts at 1:00 PM and the President will introduce the speaker at 1:30 PM

Auction will follow the speaker after a short intermission


Rules

  1. You cannot sell anything banned by state law.

  2. NO ZIPLOC bags for anything.

  3. 12 lot limit per seller. Limits on the number of bags per seller are subject to change. 

  4. Please limit your contributions to 2 bags of any one item (ie 2 bags of salvinia are okay, 5 is too much). Bags may be combined at the discretion of auction personnel. 

  5. Please bag your items appropriately. This means in a bag (or two) with an appropriate amount of water (⅓ bag for animals, cover the bottom seam for plants). Please do not use Ziploc bags. Your LFS will usually have bags if you ask.

  6. No open foods or chemicals are allowed.

  7. Public Sellers will receive a 50/50 split of proceeds from their items. Supporting members will receive a 70/30 split of proceeds from their items. 

  8. All items submitted for BAP, Cares, and HAP should be properly labeled with the program name.

  9. These rules are subject to change with notice being given at the beginning of the meeting, or as far in advance as the Board deems appropriate.

  • This is an in-person auction
  • You can submit lots starting Dec. 7, 2025, 10 a.m.
  • You can submit lots until Jan. 3, 2026, 2 p.m.
  • You can submit up to 12 lots. Additional lots accepted only as a donation.
  • You will be charged 50% of the winning price per lot you sell
