Bidder numbers will be assigned when you check in at the venue.
Onsite Registration will open at 10:00 AM. The first lot will be auctioned at 11:00 AM
Rules
You cannot sell anything banned by state law.
NO ZIPLOC bags for anything.
Only Auction personnel are allowed to move lots from the viewing area.
40 lot limit per seller. Extra lots are donation only.
No more than 4 lots of any one item. Lots may be combined at the discretion of auction personnel.
Please bag your items appropriately. This means in a bag (or two) with an appropriate amount of water (⅓ bag for animals, cover the bottom seam for plants). Your LFS will usually have bags if you ask. Lots in buckets, coolers, etc, are sold with that container the seller brought it in. There is a $2 re-bagging fee.
Dry goods are welcome. No open foods or chemicals are allowed.
Public Sellers will receive a 50/50 split of proceeds from their items. Supporting members will receive a 70/30 split of proceeds from their items.
All items submitted for BAP, Cares, and HAP should be properly labeled on the lot with the program name. Also please submit your BAP/Cares form and HAP form to receive full credit.
Auction personnel reserves the right to reject any bags deemed not fit for sale.

EXTRA'S
Priority stickers can be affixed to a lot and it will be expedited to the auction cue by the auction staff.
We will also have raffles throughout the event. You must be present to win.
There will be Supporting Members only raffles. You must be a current supporting member to participate. Memberships can be purchased at customer service.
We will also have Pizza and Soda on site. You can purchase food tickets at customer service.
