Ctenopoma acutirostre, Leopard Bush Fish

Uncategorized, lot number 106
Bred by this user

Leopard Gourami Fish . Also called the Spotted Climbing Perch, this is a beautiful and colorful species which could be a predator to many of the fish in your tank. As a bubble-nest builder, this fish requires a densely planted aquarium with a lot of plants that have hanging roots and also African driftwood.

These fish are also known as a “climbing fish,” which means they are patient predators and will hide in the plants waiting for a meal to pass them by. This fish will do fine with tank mates of the same size or larger. Leopard fish love soft water, that is slightly acidic, and warm. These are a very slow-moving fish that will hang out in all areas of your aquarium and will live best when in colonies. These are something special!
