The ACM April Auction

An in-person auction, created by ACM

Only aquarium related products may be entered - You must bring all of your registered items with you to the auction - Everyone must enter their own items before the auction begins. We will not be registering items on site. (limit of four of the same item per person) - Please enter a detailed description for each item that is what the auctioneer will be reading

Prohibited items

• You cannot sell anything banned by state law.

Rules

• All lots must be properly bagged. No leaking bags! There will be a $2 re-bagging fee for all leaking bags
• You do not need to be a club member to buy or sell lots. Members will receive a 70% cut of the sale and nonmembers will receive 50%
• There will be a $5 donation request from all non-members to receive a bidder number to bid in the auction
• All sales are final immediately after the auctioneer says sold. No additional bids will be allowed.
• We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, Google pay, Apple Pay, Samsung pay, cash app, PayPal and cash (check out will be done at the conclusion of the auction)
• Please respect everyone during the auction by keeping talking to a minimum and no foul language

The following rules will be automatically enforced by this site:

• This is an in-person auction
• You can submit lots starting April 7, 2024, 9:32 a.m.
• You can submit lots until April 14, 2024, 2:32 p.m.
• You can submit up to 40 lots. Additional lots accepted only as a donation.
• You will be charged 50% of the winning price per lot you sell
• Sellers can set a buy now price on their lots, which will allow a lot to be sold without bidding
