You must bring all of your registered items with you to the auction
Everyone must enter their own items before the auction begins. We will not be registering items on site. (limit of four of the same item per person)
Please enter a detailed description for each item that is what the auctioneer will be reading

You cannot sell anything banned by state law.
Rules
All lots must be properly bagged. No leaking bags! There will be a $2 re-bagging fee for all leaking bags
You do not need to be a club member to buy or sell lots. Members will receive a 70% cut of the sale and nonmembers will receive 50%
There will be a $5 donation request from all non-members to receive a bidder number to bid in the auction
All sales are final immediately after the auctioneer says sold. No additional bids will be allowed.
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, Google pay, Apple Pay, Samsung pay, cash app, PayPal and cash (check out will be done at the conclusion of the auction)
Please respect everyone during the auction by keeping talking to a minimum and no foul language

You can submit lots starting Dec. 3, 2023, 2:15 p.m.
You can submit lots until Dec. 10, 2023, 2:10 p.m.
You can submit up to 40 lots. Additional lots accepted only as a donation.
You will be charged 50% of the winning price per lot you sell
Sellers can set a buy now price on their lots, which will allow a lot to be sold without bidding
