White worm culture starter from my own fish room. Kept refrigerated between 45F-55F. Feed a small amount of whole wheat bread, covered with plain yogurt and sprinkled with nutritional yeast. Only feed when previous food is gone. Keep on soil substrate, mine is 50/50 organic potting soil and coconut coir. Keep damp, but not moist. Mist occasionally with water when dry.
