General information

This is an online auction that individual people can enter their own auction lot items. Anything aquarium related is accepted.

Prohibited items

• You cannot sell anything banned by state law.

Rules

• You do not need to be a club member to buy or sell lots.
• You must confirm/verify where your pickup location will be. It may have assigned you the wrong location. Please double check.
• Maximum of 50 lots per person, maximum of 4 duplicate listings per item.
• All invoices will be sent via PayPal to the email address on this site. Invoices must be paid by 8pm Friday 3/22/24
• If any of your items die before the end of the auction you must contact the highest bidder and delete your item.
• All lots must be properly bagged. No leaking bags!
• Any item that needs re-bagged due to leaks will be a $2 charge
• All bags must have labels on them. You can print labels directly from this website after you enter all of your items.
• Sellers have your bags sorted by pick up location for drop off.
• Sellers must have all sold auctions items delivered to drop off location (60 N. Park st Aberdeen MD) Drop off is 930am-10am 3/23/24
• Pick up will start at 2pm at both locations and end at 3pm.
• If you do not pick up your items by 3:01pm 3/23/24 the item or items will become property of ACM.
• All payments will be made to sellers 2-4 weeks after close of auction by check. You must make sure your address is correct on this site. That is where your check will be sent.

• This is an online auction with in-person pickup at multiple locations
• You must place bids on this website
• Bidding will be open from March 9, 2024, 12:01 a.m. to March 21, 2024, 7 p.m.
• If last minute bids are placed on a lot, the end time for that lot will be extended. All lots will end by March 21, 2024, 8 p.m.
• You can submit lots starting March 9, 2024, midnight
• You can submit lots until March 21, 2024, 5 p.m.
• You can submit up to 50 lots. Additional lots accepted only as a donation.
• You will be charged 30% of the winning price per lot you sell
• Sellers can set a buy now price on their lots, which will allow a lot to be sold without bidding
