A reverse trio (2M, 1F) of the yellow morph of Fundulopanchax Gardneri.
I've kind of fallen in love with this coloration due to how much it stands out across the room. I love the red line on their anal fins and the green tinge they have to them at the margins of the yellow is really delightful. Males are the more colorful ones with the females being relatively pale.
They are really a bright fish and pretty easy to spawn. If you have a planted enough tank you will likely find fry showing up every now and then and growing to adulthood. Even in a 10 gallon tank with a group of them,I was able to get some fry without any intervention.
I keep them at room temperature and have kept them in tanks with the kribs and some corys/bigger tetras. I think pairing them with bottom dwelling fish is a nice way to layer a tank.
Photos were taken on the morning of 3/20/24 and edited for clarity (brightness). Fish in the photos will be the ones you receive.
