The ACM November 2025 Mega Plant Auction

Only aquarium related products may be entered - You must bring all of your registered items with you to the auction - Everyone must enter their own items before the auction begins. We will not be registering items on site. (limit of 3 of the same item per person) - Please enter a detailed description for each item including how many items are in the bag, if they are in pairs it must be a male and a female, if it is a trio it must be one male two females if it is a reverse trio it must be two males and one female. 

Prohibited items

• You cannot sell anything banned by state law.

Rules

• All lots must be properly bagged. No leaking bags! There will be a $2 re-bagging fee for all leaking bags.
• You do not need to be a club member to buy or sell lots. Members will receive a 85% cut of the sale and nonmembers will receive 50%.
• There will be a $5 donation request from all non-members to receive a bidder number to bid in the auction.
• All dry goods must be entered into the silent auction by checking the box labeled “silent auction”
• All silent auction bids must be done in person on your phone by scanning the QR code on the items label or going directly into the auction and bidding. You can bid on all silent auction items during the live auction from your seats. 
• The end of the silent auction will be announced and you will be given 10 minutes to make any final bids. 
• All silent items you have won will be listed on your invoice immediately after the silent auction has ended. You must make sure you collect your own items and you’re winning item numbers match the item numbers you pick up. Anyone taking items they did not bid on will be banned from future ACM auction. Check your item numbers!
• All fish, plants and live foods will be auctioned by the auctioneer live. Any bids placed on live items will be erased when that item comes up for live auction. 
• The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bags deemed not fit for sale.
• All sales are final immediately after the auctioneer says sold. No additional bids will be allowed.
• We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, Google pay, Apple Pay, Samsung pay, cash app, PayPal and cash (check out will be done at the conclusion of the auction).
• Please respect everyone during the auction by keeping talking to a minimum and no foul language.
• Pay out to sellers will be done at the end of the auction. You may choose to be paid by cash, check, PayPal, or Zelle.

• Online bidding is allowed starting Nov. 9, 2025, 12:01 p.m. to Nov. 9, 2025, 3:40 p.m.
• You can submit lots starting Oct. 12, 2025, 6 p.m.
• You can submit lots until Nov. 9, 2025, 3 p.m.
• You will be charged 50% of the winning price per lot you sell
