The Apistogramma panduro, also known as the Blue Panda Dwarf Cichlid, is a small, colorful cichlid native to the blackwater streams of Peru. It is a popular aquarium fish that is relatively easy to breed and can be kept in a pair or small group, though it may show aggression towards other territorial species. To thrive, it requires soft, acidic water (pH 5-7), a sandy substrate, and plenty of hiding places like caves and leaf litter.
