Micro worms are a great food for fry. You culture them on instant mashed potatoes, and can harvest them by using a paintbrush to get them off the sides, or a bamboo skewer left in the culture they will climb up the skewer, and you can dip it in the water. This culture will last you months before you have to start a new one.
