Vinegar eels cultured on instant mashed potatoes. This is a unique way to culture vinegar eels. They are harvested just like micro worms off the side of the cup or off a bamboo skewer. This culture will last you months before you have to start it over. You must use half water half apple cider vinegar in the instant potatoes.
