ACM Used Aquarium Tank & Equipment Sale

Online Auction | September 26–27, 2026

All proceeds support the Aquarium Club of Maryland’s aquatic rescue efforts and educational presentations. 

*ALL ITEMS HAVE BEEN TESTED PRIOR TO LISTING. There will be no refunds on non-working items or leaking tanks once it leaves the possession of ACM. 

Auction Schedule

• Preview begins: Friday, September 25, 2026.
• Bidding opens: Saturday, September 26, at 12:00 PM Eastern.
• Bidding closes: Sunday, September 27, at 9:00 PM Eastern.

Bidding

This is an online-only auction. All bidding must take place through Auction.fish.

The highest bid at the close of bidding wins the item.

ACM Member Discount

Paid ACM members receive 25% off their eligible purchase subtotal.

Member discounts will be calculated and applied to individual invoices after the auction closes. Discount amounts will be rounded to the nearest whole dollar.

Winning bids will initially display at their full amount. Members must wait until their discount has been applied and their invoice is ready before paying.

Payment

All payments must be completed directly through Auction.fish using the payment options available on your invoice, including PayPal or credit card.

Payment deadline: Monday, September 28, 2026, at 9:00 PM Eastern (24 hours after the auction closes).

Any buyer who fails to pay within 24 hours of the auction closing will have all unpaid winning items canceled and the sales declared void.

Please do not submit payment until your invoice has been finalized and marked ready for payment.

Pickup

Pickup will be arranged within two miles of ACM’s regular meeting location at 940 Pulaski Highway. The exact pickup location and time will be coordinated with the buyer.

Pickup arrangements must be made within seven days of purchase. Actual pickup does not have to occur within those seven days.

Pickup may also be scheduled for the next ACM meeting on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at 1:00 PM, at 940 Pulaski Highway.

This option must also be arranged within seven days of purchase.

* ACM may take up to 30 days for invoice adjustments or refunds to be processed. Any issues must be communicated through email at [email protected]

• Bidding will be open from Sept. 26, 2026, noon to Sept. 27, 2026, 9 p.m.
• If last minute bids are placed on a lot, the end time for that lot will be extended. All lots will end by Sept. 27, 2026, 10 p.m.
• You can submit lots starting Sept. 21, 2026, 12:01 p.m.
• You can submit lots until Sept. 27, 2026, 5:01 p.m.
• Sellers can set a buy now price on their lots, which will allow a lot to be sold without bidding
