Small fast moving insect that makes great live food for larger killifish and other top dwelling fish like betta and gouramis. On terrestrial side they are amazing feeders for herps like larger mouthed dart frogs (species in genus like Phyllobates /Ameerega ) or small lizards like anoles and day geckos.
