Rules

• You cannot sell anything banned by state law.
• All sellers and lot winners must communicate with each other within 24 hours of close of auction!
• all lot need to be approved by auction admin for proper form.

• ❗How to understand the SEX and QUANTITY❗ The format is: MALE - Female - UNSEXED

  EXAMPLE: ⬇

  Sex: 1-2-3

  That means: (1x Male—2x Female—3x Unsexed)

  Meaning: In this Lot there’s 1 Male, 2 Females, and 3 Unsexed ( if you win this lot you get 6 birds)

  Many times if multiple sellers are in the same area, arrangements can be made to ship your birds bought, from different sellers, together. Sometimes for a smaller additional fee. But you can save a lot on the overall shipping costs by bundling shipments together,  Also all lots are available for pickup directly from the seller

  Please note that if you buy multiple lots from the same seller then the birds can be shipped together, saving a lot in shipping cost!

  Buyers and seller please abide to local, state and federal laws regarding purchasing and shipping of birds. Also follow all laws and regulations regarding restricted species.

• If you win a lot and don’t pay for it then you will be banned from the auctions!  If you a sell a lot and back out, without a legitimate reason then you are also banned from the auctions!

  Please follow these the minimum bid increments! ⬇ if anyone who continually violates the bid increments can be banned from the auctions.

  * 0$-$500 increments of $10

  * $500- $1000 increments of $25

  * $1000 + increments of $50

• By selling through this auction you agree: All birds (except unweaned) birds come with a 72 hour health guarantee . (All vet checks or samples taken for disease testing or other tests must be done and sent out within 72 hours of receiving your bird/birds.)

The following rules will be automatically enforced by this site:

• This is an online auction with no specified pickup location
• You must place bids on this website
• Bidding will be open from Feb. 10, 0003, 4 p.m. to Feb. 12, 0003, 8 p.m.
• If last minute bids are placed on a lot, the end time for that lot will be extended. All lots will end by Feb. 12, 0003, 9 p.m.
• You can submit lots starting Feb. 9, 0003, 4 p.m.
• You can submit lots until Feb. 10, 0003, 4 p.m.
• If your lot does not sell, you will be charged $10
• There will be a minimum bid of $100 on all lots, and sellers can set their own minimum bids
• Sellers can set a buy now price on their lots, which will allow a lot to be sold without bidding
