General information

The Boston Aquarium Society (BAS) will be holding it's spring auction on March 20, 2023 from 7:30PM to 10:00PM at the New England Aquarium. Please visit our site, bostonaquariumsociety.org, for details about parking and where to meet within the aquarium.

• In-person Registration will begin at 7:30PM
• Bidding will begin at 8:00PM. We must conclude the auction by 10PM, so don't be late!

Prohibited items

• You cannot sell anything prohibited by state law.
• All dry goods must be clean and in working condition

Rules

• All lots must be properly bagged. No leaking bags!
• You do not need to be a club member to buy or sell lots.
• Due to time constraints, each seller is limited to 7 lots (combined across dry goods, fish, and plants).

• This is an in-person auction
• You can submit lots starting Feb. 23, 2023, midnight
• You can submit up to 7 lots. Additional lots accepted only as a donation.
• For lots you pre-register on auction.fish, you will be charged 20% of the winning price per lot you sell
• For lots registered by auction staff on site, you will be charged 25% of the winning price per lot you sell
• Sellers can set a buy now price on their lots, which will allow a lot to be sold without bidding
