Water sprite (Ceratopteris thalictroides). Amphibious fern.
Grows best when allowed to float and have leaves emerging from the water.
Reproduces by producing small plants that bud off of fronds.
Not a stem plant. Often confused with Hygrophila difformis which is a stem plant and has similar foliage when grown emersed.
