Tentative exchange location is the Hampton Lanes Bowling Alley party room February 13th.
The auction is open to the public. Non-members are welcome and encouraged to participate in the auction. All monies will be handled by LVAS. Don’t exchange money directly with a buyer. All lots sold are “as is, where is”. LVAS can not guarantee the proper identification or health of animals or plants. LVAS can not guarantee the working order of any equipment. Bidding is open now to February 12th, 9pm.
Sellers and buyers meet at Hampton Lanes parking lot at 3pm. The building is closed due to roof collapsed from the snow.
Drop off/pick up location may change due to COVID restrictions. You must arrange for someone else pick up or drop off your lots if you can’t make it on that day and time(s).
Each bidder must register on the auction site with username, and contact information.

Proxy bidding will be used.
You must pick up the lots you won on Saturday, February 13th at 3pm.
Buyers must pay the LVAS representative on site in cash before picking up the lots.
Sellers must register on the site with their contact information.
Sellers will be paid after all bidders have paid LVAS, within 2 weeks of the event.
Each Seller must complete the auction entry form on the site.
Seller does not need to be a member of LVAS.
Limit of 3 lots of the same species and color variety per seller.
Limit of 30 entries per seller.

No live crayfish are allowed.
Lots must be properly double bagged. Absolutely no leaking bags! $2 rebagging fee for leaking or overstocked lots.
No Ziploc bags should be used for fish.
Ziplocs will be ok for plants if you use a damp paper towel instead of adding water.
Large or spiny fish should arrive in a plastic container, Styrofoam box lined with a plastic bag, or a bucket.
All used equipment should be clean and in good, working condition. Use a box or bag to contain all the parts. (do not include wet media)
Donations are accepted. There is a check box for donating a lot on the registration form.
Minimum bids (reserve price) can be set.
All lots should be submitted by 11:59pm February 11th, 2021.
LVAS fee charged to sellers is $2 per lot.
Sellers that prepay for an annual membership will save up to $20 in lot fees.
Sellers must bring their lots to the drop off location at 3pm.
Due to the building collapse, we are meeting in the parking lot at 3pm. Buyers pay the LVAS representative then take their receipt to the sellers' cars to pick up their lots.
