This is an in-person auction scheduled for Sunday, Sept 22, at the Oakdale Nature Preserve. The auction is open to the public.
Registered sellers can post items as early as 8 am on Wednesday, 9/11. Pre-registration provides advanced publicity and the opportunity to post pictures, leading to higher prices.
The auction split is 60/40 for non-members, 75/25 for MAS members (registered and paid by Sunday, 9/15). Sign up for MAS membership (only $15/year) at www.aquarium.mn. Members receive a free bidding card ($5 for non-members).
On-site registration begins at 9:30 am, viewing at 10 am, and bidding begins at 11 am until all items are sold (~6 pm).
A maximum of 40 items allowed per seller (not including donations).
A swap meet will run concurrently with the auction. Various organizations/stores will have exhibits and at least one food truck will be available.
The Oakdale Nature Preserve has numerous nature trails and is also dog (leashed) and family friendly, so everyone can enjoy this event.
Due to space limitations, hard goods will be limited to the size of a 20-Gallon long tank for this auction.
Members can pay via cash, PayPal and/or check. Non-members can pay via cash or PayPal only.
Minimum bid is $5.
