This is an emersed grown plant commonly known as "samolus parviflorus red" because of the similarity of its leaves to samolus parviflorus (a green aquatic plant native to the western United States commonly known as "brookweed"). However, this plant is actually lysmachia parvifolia, which is native to China. It is a beautiful plant that develops light red leaves when grown submersed. The second image is a picture of the plant grown in one of my aquariums.
