Native to the Rio Xingu, the King Tiger pleco likes warm water (79-85 degrees), moderate to strong water current, and caves or driftwood for hiding. They breed in caves the same as Ancistrus species do. Although classified as carnivores, my group voraciously consumes zucchini as well as Repashy, sinking meaty tablets, and frozen foods. The fish in this offer are about an inch long, very fat and happy. Adult size is about 5".
