Lot is for a dormant tuber of a day blooming purple flowered tropical water lily. Tuber does not look like much but sprout it in a well lit warm aquarium and it will grow fast. Pot it up and transition it outside (shade it first few days) when water temps outside are over 70F. Plenty of sunlight and fertilizer and you will be rewarded with multiple blooms.
