A pair of LED Par38 Aquarium Lights. Used gently - for a few months. These fit a standard light socket and can be used with many hanging fixtures. They have 18 bulbs 8 'cold white' and 10 ~454nm blue and put out a lot of light. I used these successfully to grow corals. Adjusting the height of the light above the tank increases/decreases light intensity and range of coverage. Use approximately 50 watts.
