Grindal worm starter culture; not ready to feed to your fish yet. Feed mushy oatmeal; you can add flake food to the mush. Bread turns moldy. Note: do not overfeed…it will make a mess. Ideally they should eat everything in a 24 hour period. If necessary, rinse all into a bowl: screen, pads, excess food, etc. . Worms will settle at the bottom. Siphon out worms. Place onto cleaned pads. Add food on top or side of container. They like it warm and dark.
