Starter culture; not ready to feed to your fish yet. Grindal worms eat mushy oatmeal; can add fish food flakes to mix. Worms like it dark and warm. They should finish food within 24 hours. You may want to rinse everything into a large bowl of clean water and start fresh. After rinsing in a bowl, place mats/screen back into container. Remove excess water. Siphon worms off the bottom of the bowl and add to the container. Feed small amount of food to top and side of container. Keep dark/warm.
