Rules

• This is an online auction by GWAPA for 1 donated item only.
• Do not bid more than you want to pay. If you win this lot, you are obligated to pay the winning amount.
• You must request approval to bid. Please send an email to [email protected] and include your real name so that we can check your membership status.
• Cash payment is strongly preferred, but PayPal will be accepted.
• You must be able to pick up the item at the April GWAPA meeting in Alexandria, VA, or make other arrangements with the president to pickup the item.
• Bidding closes at 11pm on April 17th.

• You must place bids on this website
• Bidding will be open from April 5, 2026, noon to April 17, 2026, 11 p.m.
• If last minute bids are placed on a lot, the end time for that lot will be extended. All lots will end by April 18, 2026, midnight
• You can submit lots starting March 27, 2026, 3 p.m.
• You can submit lots until March 28, 2026, 7 p.m.
• You can submit up to 1 lots.
• You will be charged 100% of the winning price per lot you sell
• There will be a minimum bid of $100.00 on all lots, and sellers can set their own minimum bids
• Sellers can set a buy now price on their lots, which will allow a lot to be sold without bidding
