General information

Buyers must pay PVAS on Friday May 13th by 9pm with Paypal before picking up lots on Saturday. Exceptions to this are paid PVAS members and members of other clubs who are well known to PVAS but you must ask me first. If this is a problem or you are unsure of your standing with us, contact me before bidding on lots to make other arrangements. We have to do this because there were 2 people from the 1st auction that didn't come pickup the lots they won and the club still had to pay the vendors for their lots.

Buyers will be emailed a receipt and must present it to us when picking up Lots.

The lot exchange locations will be in a parking lot at each site.

Prohibited items

• You cannot sell any fish or plants banned by state law.
• You cannot sell any dry goods, this is for live fish and plants only.

Rules

• All lots must be properly bagged. No leaking bags!
• You do not need to be a club member to buy or sell lots.

• This is an online auction with in-person pickup at multiple locations
• You must place bids on this website
• Bidding will be open from May 3, 2022, 8 a.m. to May 12, 2022, 10 p.m.
• If last minute bids are placed on a lot, the end time for that lot will be extended. All lots will end by May 12, 2022, 11 p.m.
• You can submit lots starting May 2, 2022, 8 p.m.
• You can submit lots until May 10, 2022, 10 p.m.
• You can submit up to 15 lots. Additional lots accepted only as a donation.
• You will be charged $2 plus 20% of the winning price per lot you sell
• If your lot does not sell, you will be charged $2
• Sellers can set a buy now price on their lots, which will allow a lot to be sold without bidding
