Vendors who buy a table or half-table will receive 100% of their lot sales!

Lot registration opens April 17.  Bidding opens April 24 and ends 9:00 PM May 1st. 

Invoices will be emailed Friday May 2nd.

Rules

• Only items related to Aquatics, Reptiles, Amphibians, and Birds allowed. 
• You cannot sell anything banned by state law.
• All lots must be properly bagged or otherwise safely packaged. No leaking bags!
• Open to the public. You do not need to be a club member to buy or sell lots.
• Sellers and Winners MUST be at the PVAS Swap at the Moose Family Center in Chicopee Saturday morning May 3rd.
• Sellers drop off lots between 10:00 and 11:00 AM.
• Winners pay and pickup lots between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
• Sellers payout available 12:00-1:00 PM or checks will be mailed to those who leave early.

• This is an online auction with in-person pickup
• You must place bids on this website
• Bidding will be open from April 24, 2025, 8 a.m. to May 1, 2025, 9 p.m.
• If last minute bids are placed on a lot, the end time for that lot will be extended. All lots will end by May 1, 2025, 10 p.m.
• You can submit lots starting April 17, 2025, 8 a.m.
• You can submit lots until May 1, 2025, 5 p.m.
• You can submit up to 20 lots.
• You will be charged 20% of the winning price per lot you sell
• There will be a minimum bid of $3 on all lots, and sellers can set their own minimum bids
• Sellers can set a buy now price on their lots, which will allow a lot to be sold without bidding
