General information

This is a joint PVAS and NECA auction for participants of the Aug 9th 11am-2pm Swap Event at the Moose Family Center in Chicopee, MA.

** 100% cut to sellers - there is no 'club cut' **

To be a seller you must have a table reserved for the swap and bring your sold items to the swap for buyer pickup. To be a buyer you must attend the swap and meet sellers at their tables to complete in-person transactions. Assume cash-only. Some sellers may be more flexible.

Lot registration opens Wednesday July 29.  

Bidding opens Saturday Aug 1st 8:00 AM and ends Aug 8th 10:00 AM

All transactions are between sellers and buyers directly.

Rules

• Only items related to Aquatics, Reptiles, Amphibians, and Birds allowed. 
• You cannot sell anything banned by state law.
• All lots must be properly bagged or otherwise safely packaged. No leaking bags!
• Open to the public. You do not need to be a club member to buy or sell lots.
• Sellers and Buyers MUST be at the PVAS-NECA Swap at the Moose Family Center in Chicopee Saturday Aug 9th 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

• This is an online auction with in-person pickup
• You must place bids on this website
• Bidding will be open from Aug. 1, 2026, 8 a.m. to Aug. 8, 2026, 10 a.m.
• If last minute bids are placed on a lot, the end time for that lot will be extended. All lots will end by Aug. 8, 2026, 11 a.m.
• You can submit lots starting July 29, 2026, noon
• You can submit lots until Aug. 7, 2026, 6 p.m.
• You can submit up to 30 lots.
• There will be a minimum bid of $3.00 on all lots, and sellers can set their own minimum bids
• Sellers can set a buy now price on their lots, which will allow a lot to be sold without bidding
