General information

this auction is for both swap vendors and non vendors. for swap vendors you will not be charged any lot fees or splits. the vendors will get 100% of the sell price and lot winners will pick up directly from the vendor at the swap and pay the vendor directly. for non swap sellers you can enter lots for sale and pay the split and lot fees for the auction. all non swap vendor lots will be given to, picked up and payed for from the club at the PVAS section at the swap.

Prohibited items

• You cannot sell anything banned by state law.

Rules

-only swap vendors are allowed to sell dry good and hard goods. non swap vendors can only sell live organisms. if a prohibited lot is posted it will be deleted and the seller charged the $2 lot fee - All lots must be properly bagged. No leaking bags! - You do not need to be a club member to buy or sell lots.

The following rules will be automatically enforced by this site:

• This is an online auction with in-person pickup
• You must place bids on this website
• Bidding will be open from Apr 7, 2023 7 p.m. EDT to Apr 14, 2023 7 p.m. EDT
• If last minute bids are placed on a lot, the end time for that lot will be extended. All lots will end by Apr 14, 2023 8 p.m. EDT
• You can submit lots starting Apr 5, 2023 noon EDT
• You can submit lots until Apr 11, 2023 7 p.m. EDT
• You can submit up to 30 lots. Additional lots accepted only as a donation.
• You will be charged $2 plus 25% of the winning price per lot you sell
• If your lot does not sell, you will be charged $2
