Please read the Auction Rules carefully and understand the process and requirements before bidding or entering lots in this auction!

This is a multi-location auction: buy or sell in VT or MA, and the club will coordinate transport between locations!

• TFCB will handle all monies, both from buyer and what is owed to vendor. Buyers must pay the TFCB representative on site (cash or check) before picking up lots. Buyers will be given a receipt and must present it to Vendors when picking up Lots.
• If you sold lots and you selected VT as your location, you must bring your lots to the VT exchange location in the morning and give them to TFCB for transport to MA for buyer pick-ups.
• Vendors will be paid after all bidders have paid TFCB, within 2 weeks of the event.
• The auction is open to the public. Anyone can enter lots for auction, non-members are welcome and encouraged to participate in the auction.
• All used equipment should be clean and in good, working condition.
• All monies will be handled by TFCB. Don't exchange money directly with a buyer, and make sure you see a buyer's paid invoice before you give them their lots.

• This is an online auction with in-person pickup at multiple locations
• You must place bids on this website
• Bidding will be open from Oct. 9, 2021, midnight to Oct. 15, 2021, 9 p.m.
• If last minute bids are placed on a lot, the end time for that lot will be extended. All lots will end by Oct. 15, 2021, 10 p.m.
• You can submit lots until Oct. 15, 2021, noon
• You can submit up to 30 lots. Additional lots accepted only as a donation.
• You will be charged 30% of the winning price per lot you sell
• If your lot does not sell, you will be charged $1
• Sellers can set a buy now price on their lots, which will allow a lot to be sold without bidding
