This is a multi-location auction: buy or sell in any location, and the club will coordinate transport between locations! If you're in New England and there's not a location near you, email me and I'll see if we can add one!

• Winners pay TFCB via Paypal within 24 hours after the auction ends.
• Vendors will be paid after all bidders have paid TFCB, within 2 weeks of the event.
• The auction is open to the public. Anyone can enter lots for auction, non-members are welcome and encouraged to participate in the auction.
• All used equipment should be clean and in good, working condition.
• No tanks or gravel.
• All monies will be handled by TFCB. Don't exchange money directly with a buyer, and make sure you see a buyer's paid invoice before you give them their lots.
• All sellers must be present in the morning to drop off their lots. If you bought lots from sellers in your location, we recommend you pick them up in the morning. If you only bought lots from other locations, and did not sell anything, you only need to arrive at your selected location for the second pickup time.

• This is an online auction with in-person pickup at multiple locations
• You must place bids on this website
• Bidding will be open from Oct. 27, 2023, 8 a.m. to Nov. 2, 2023, 8 p.m.
• If last minute bids are placed on a lot, the end time for that lot will be extended. All lots will end by Nov. 2, 2023, 9 p.m.
• You can submit lots starting Aug. 5, 2023, 8 a.m.
• You can submit lots until Nov. 1, 2023, 11:30 p.m.
• You can submit up to 40 lots. Additional lots accepted only as a donation.
• You will be charged 30% of the winning price per lot you sell
• If your lot does not sell, you will be charged $1
• Sellers can set a buy now price on their lots, which will allow a lot to be sold without bidding
