White worm culture starter from my own fish room. Kept refrigerated between 45F-55F. Feed a small amount of whole wheat bread, covered with plain yogurt or kefir and sprinkled with nutritional yeast. Only feed when previous food is gone. Can also be feed soaked dog pellets or fish food. Keep on soil substrate, mine is 50/50 organic potting soil and coconut coir. Keep damp, but not moist. Substrate should be moist, but still fall apart after being clumped together. Mist occasionally with water when dry.
