I bought this pair of A. baenschi from Rivershore in November 2024, and they had a small spawn about a month later. Since then, I have not witnessed another spawn, though the female is regularly bright yellow. The male has become very skittish whenever I come to the tank for the last six months or so, despite there being a group of 7 Nannostomus beckfordi as dithers in the tank as well as many hiding places. He's a big, beautiful male, but swims to the back and hides whenever I come close to the tank. Hopefully someone else can give him a set up where he feels comfortable.
