This is a low light sinking plant that has done well for me with overhead high K LED lighting. No CO2 feeding either. Makes a great place to hide baby fish and adds color to your tank! Probably removes phosphates and nitrates as well. If you're looking for an easy to raise plant this is for you. This plant doesn't care if your water is hard either. I live in S St Paul where we have artesian well water. My water is not treated

This plant was sold as Christmas Moss not Java Moss at one of the MAS plant extravaganzas
