Xenotoca lyonsi, “Tamazula Redtail”

Livebearers, lot number 12-5
Bred by this user

Xenotoca Lyonsi, “Tamazula Redtail Splitfin,” is a colorful Goodeid which I have found easy to keep and breed. They require an unheated tank, and will breed easily each summer when the days are longer and water warms up. These fish eat a largely herbivorous diet and accept flakes and pellets readily. Should be kept species-only. A fun fish- males get quite colorful. This is a group of fry around .5” in size.
