This listing is for 4+ Painted Fire Red shrimplets (Neocaridina davidi), a high-grade red variety of the standard cherry shrimp.

These shrimps are peaceful and do well in community tanks with other gentle fish, inverts, and plants. The juveniles offered here were raised in a planted tank with natural algae, green beans, and plant detritus as food sources.

The parent shrimp are a deep, vibrant red typical of the Painted Fire Red grade, and these shrimplets should develop similar intense coloration as they grow. A great choice for hobbyists looking to add colorful shrimp to their aquarium! Remember to slowly drip acclimate!
